Our Philosophy

Always Hope in Malibu offers its clients a safe, family like home in order to continue on their journey of healing.  Clients come to Always Hope in Malibu in order to start their next phase of their life to become the person they were meant to be.  We work with clients recently released from hospitals or out of state programs that have been struggling with depression, sobriety, eating disorders, anxiety, bi-polar, sexual identity and behavioral issues.

Johnnie Aicher

Johnnie works tirelessly as our Director to connect clients to resources in the community.  Johnnie brings a wealth of life experience with him to Always Hope In Malibu and has worked with clients in drug and alcohol facilities in Santa Monica and Malibu.  Johnnie has been faced with incredible challenges and hardships in his life and is an inspiration for both staff and clients.  It is clear to all that Johnnie loves working with people in early recovery and will do anything he can to help them on their journey.  When clients need some honest feedback they know they can count on Johnnie to call it as he sees it.  Johnnie is very grateful for all the blessings he has in his life and is a great role model for our clients.
